We can find malware anywhere and no one is safe from these security threats that put us at risk, but it can also cause personal or bank data theft. Today we are repeating a disturbing situation revealed by a group of researchers who found malicious JavaScript code in 9 online shopping sites and their sole purpose was to steal our credit card data. We provide you with all the details and a list of affected sites below.

A group of RiskIQ researchers has discovered a total of 9 malicious JavaScript web pages that stole credit card data from customers making purchases. Some were injured on more than one occasion, despite the researchers' efforts to communicate with the owners of these sites to solve the problem that affected them.

All this is due to MageCart Group 12, a group of cybercriminals who develop their methods of theft.

This group's activity was already discovered at the end of January.

Those responsible for discovering these 9 infected websites were quick to notify those affected, but none of them responded. In fact, it turns out that only one of the affected people removed the web from the malicious code, but this is still valid in 8 other sites.

The 9 affected sites are :

Suplementos Gym

Bahimi swimwear shop

TitansSports (sports glasses)

BVC

MyMetroGear

True Precision

Fashion Window Treatments
